Irrigation Project Update 6/27/22

We will be connecting the new 12" main line to the pumphouse on Tuesday morning. In order to do this, our pumps will need to be off for approximately 24 hours. To ensure plant health during this period, we've been running irrigation heads excessively to increase soil moisture. Ideally this process would be completed following a significant rainfall but our weather forecast has not been cooperating lately.

Once the new mains are connected, all of the new sprinkler heads that have been installed on holes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 will be operational. The crew is also connecting the old main line to the new main line at a cross section left of 3 green. This will ensure that both the old and new systems will be operational until the new system is complete.
