First Mow!

This week we conducted the first mow and roll of the season. With the temperatures reaching

high 60’s all week, our turf began to break out of winter dormancy. This first mow and roll

greatly increases playability on our greens and helps to remove dead or damaged leaf tips from

the winter. We’ll begin slowly lowering mowing heights over the coming weeks as we get closer

to the golf season.
