We have over 15 cedar bird boxes situated throughout the property. These provide nesting homes for blue birds and tree swallows during the spring and early summer months. These native birds eat a large number of flying insects and help to reduce the number of pests flying around the golf course. Their eggs have been hatching over the past two weeks. In this photo, we have four tree swallow hatchlings in the bird box to the right of 17 pond.
