Golf Course Update

The bulk of our fall aerifcation is complete. Greens, tees, approaches, and chipping areas have all been aerated and heavily topdressed. Soil amendments and bentgrass seed were applied to greens. We will still be aerating a number of fairway and rough areas over the next two weeks.

This fall has not been kind to us with regard to rainfall. We received over an inch of rain last week and we are expected to receive over an inch of rain over the next 36 hours. Needless to say the golf course is saturated and carts will not be allowed out until the course has a chance to dry down. We will reevaluate the course conditions and cart restrictions for the weekend.
